Tracy Anderson in the Scheduling Office (x3056) schedules rooms in the Student Center for one-time non-academic events as well as faculty or staff committee meetings.

The Director of Conference Facilities assists off-campus groups in scheduling non-academic conferences and schedules the field house and most academic classrooms once released by the Registrar's Office and in cooperation with appropriate authorities. Both of these offices will assist with scheduling food and audio-visual services.

After this date, activities will be approved in the order received provided they do not conflict with those already scheduled. Any conflicting request for dates for student activities or functions will be referred to the Director of Student Activities who will determine which meeting will be given preference. Students are responsible for planning and acquiring all relevant services for programs.

Student organization lectures, concerts and entertainment programs will be arranged by the Activities Council of Bradley University (ACBU) and/or other organizations with student activities funding and produced in conjunction with the Student Activities Office. Special lectures will be arranged by the appropriate faculty or student committee and will be scheduled through the appropriate office for the facilities required.

University athletic events will be scheduled by the Director of Athletics with the approval of the faculty committee on intercollegiate athletics. All dates will be reported to the Director of Student Activities for inclusion in the Campus Events Calendar.
