Machinery and machine safeguarding seminar offered by SBDC
Peoria, Illinois...February 14, 2003...A daytime
interactive training seminar on machinery and machine
safeguarding will be offered by the Bradley University
Small Business Development Center on Thursday,
February 20, from 7:30 a.m. to noon.
Topics including hazard recognition, methods
of controlling hazards associated with
machinery, and OSHA standards will be covered.
The seminar was developed through a
partnership with the U.S. Small
Business Administration, the Illinois
Department of Commerce and Community
Affairs, and the Bradley University
Small Business Development Center as a
service to Illinois small businesses.
The seminar will be held in
the Executive Suite in the
Michel Student Center at 915
Elmwood Ave. on the Bradley
campus. The cost is $25 per
person and includes a
continental breakfast. For
