Courage, Character, and the Corporate Conscience subject of presentation

Peoria, Illinois . . . January 23, 2003 . . . Nationally-known consultant Tom Bower and professor and author Chuck Stoner will give a presentation on "Courage, Character, and the Corporate Conscience" on Friday, February 14, from 2 to 4:30 p.m. in the LaSalle Room at the Hotel Pere Marquette in Peoria.

The presentation, sponsored by the Center for Executive and Professional Development of the Foster College of Business Administration at Bradley University, costs $75 per person. The fee includes a copy of Dr. Stoner's recently published book, The Adversity Challenge: How Successful Leaders Bounce Back from Setbacks.

Bower and Stoner, recognizing that today, perhaps more than ever, "leadership really matters," will discuss how real leaders address challenges and struggles, build covenants of trust and integrity, and shape the psyche of their organizations.

Tom Bower is a management and personal business consultant, writer and a lifelong resident of the greater Peoria area. He is a speaker and seminar leader to teachers, students, civic and not-for-profit organizations, businesses, employee groups and various medical organizations.
