Courage, Character, and the Corporate Conscience subject of presentation
Peoria, Illinois . . . January 23,
2003 . . . Nationally-known consultant Tom Bower and
professor and author Chuck Stoner will give a
presentation on "Courage, Character, and the
Corporate Conscience" on Friday, February 14,
from 2 to 4:30 p.m. in the LaSalle Room at the
Hotel Pere Marquette in Peoria.
The presentation, sponsored by the Center for
Executive and Professional Development of the
Foster College of Business Administration at
Bradley University, costs $75 per person. The
fee includes a copy of Dr. Stoner's recently
published book, The Adversity Challenge: How
Successful Leaders Bounce Back from Setbacks.
Bower and Stoner, recognizing that today,
perhaps more than ever, "leadership really
matters," will discuss how real leaders address
challenges and struggles, build covenants of
trust and integrity, and shape the psyche of
their organizations.
Tom Bower is a management and personal business
consultant, writer and a lifelong resident of
the greater Peoria area. He is a speaker and
seminar leader to teachers, students, civic and
not-for-profit organizations, businesses,
employee groups and various medical
organizations.
Dr. Chuck Stoner, McCord Professor of Executive
Management Development at Bradley, is a
consultant and leadership author.
