Undergraduate as well as graduate students have performed numerous research projects and are assisting the unit’s manufacturer, Perry Dynamics, in product development.
In the area of human physiology, the department is now utilizing cardiorespiratory diagnostic equipment from MEDGRAPHICS. Undergraduates can now be exposed to heart and lung assessment principles in the health science curriculum. The DPT students are able to utilize the new equipment to study oxygen consumption as well as pulmonary function testing.
