Continuing students:
Have the following on file for transfer credit to be posted to your academic record:
- Transfer Approval Form which can be picked up from your advisor, dept chair or dean.
- Official transcript from transferring institution. Must be sent directly to Bradley Registrar's Office from the transferring institution. No transcripts will be accepted from students.
