Ordering Transcripts Online
The Bradley University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will be charged after your order has been completed. There is a $2.25 online processing fee per mailing address in addition to the $5.00 fee per Bradley University transcript.
- To order an official transcript(s), login to the Clearinghouse secure site.
- The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session.
- Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also check order status or history online.

When ordering a transcript please include:
- Date of birth
- Social security number
- Last date attended
- Any names attended under
- Address to which transcript is to be mailed
- Address and telephone to contact you in case of questions or problems
- Your signature
- $4.00 per copy for processing
Allow a minimum of 72 hours upon our receipt of the mailed request to complete the process.
If the transcripts are being sent back to you (the student) you must specify if you need the transcript in a sealed envelope with a stamp across the seal
