How to Activate the Debit Card Service
- Call the Customer Service number to log into the Account…1-800-822-4283
- Select the language. (English or Spanish)
- Follow the automated voice (IVR) prompts for setting up 4-digit PIN.
- Reloadable card account functionality (optional): cardholder can register to enjoy additional key features.
- The Card and Money Network™ Checks can be used as soon as the PIN is set and the activation process is completed.
Note:
The 4-digit PIN is needed for ATM transactions, PIN purchases, automated assistance and web account access.
