What is Quick Cash?
Quick Cash is a convenient way to purchase goods and services at select locations. Quick Cash is a prepaid debit account administered by the University. A Quick Cash account is assigned when the student agrees to the terms and conditions of the Cardholder Agreement. Students who live in a residence hall will receive a deposit to their Quick Cash account as part of their board plan. Students who reside off campus can also use Quick Cash by making a deposit directly to the account.
Deposits can be made on My Account using your BU Net ID and password, in person at the Cashiers windows in Swords Hall, or at one of the two Value Transfer stations (VTS) located in the Library, or behind the Bookstore. The VTS machines take cash deposits only. Deposits can also be made by calling the Quick Card Office at 309-677-3463.
Quick Cash is not available for cash withdrawal. Funds remain on your account until graduate or leave the University.
Please refer to the terms and conditions for Quick Cash as stated in the Cardholder Agreement for specific details of the account.
