Office for Student Accessibility

Bradley University is dedicated to serving the needs of students with physical limitations to ensure their academic success.

In compliance to the Americans with Disabilities Act for higher education, a student with a permanent or temporary physical limitation and requires assistance will receive reasonable and appropriate accommodations from the University.  Students should contact Dr. Joyce A. Shotick at 309-677-3658 or go to the Office for Student Accessibility in the Center for Student Services 101 Sisson Hall. Reasonable and appropriate accommodations will be made on an individual basis. Accommodations are changes to how things are normally done which provide students with an equal opportunity to participate in and enjoy the benefits of their education.

Documentation from the student’s personal health care provider is necessary to determine specific accommodations. Please download the form, present it to your health care provider and return it to the Office for Student Accessibility.
