The Center for Student Support Services is designed to assist students with emergencies or with special needs, such as physical or learning challenges. Our mission is to help students to achieve their academic and personal goals. If a student needs to withdraw from all classes during a semester or does not plan to enroll for the next semester, he/she must meet with the Executive Director.  Click here for details of the withdrawal policy and procedure.

Assistance is available to students who wish to petition the Academic Review Board for reinstatement.  Upon approval, students receive individual academic counseling to regain their academic good standing.  Click here for details on the procedure for reinstatement and the program.

The Office for Student Accessibility assists and supports students with physical limitations. The Office of Student Accessibility seeks to comply to Americans with Disabilities Act for higher education.  Under ADA law, students must self disclose their disability and provide documentation from their health care provider.  The office will identify and secure reasonable and appropriate accommodations for students on a case-by-case basis.  Information about the necessary documentation to receive services is available in Sisson 101 or online.

The Center for Learning Assistance provides students with academic support services, including tutoring, study skills, and support for students on academic probation. Academic support is also provided to students with learning disabilities. The center will identify and secure reasonable and appropriate accommodations for students on a case-by-case basis. Information about the documentation required for students to receive services is available in Library 312 or online through the Center for Learning Assistance link.
