Counseling, technical assistance and educational opportunities are available for anyone interested in startups, as well as owners of established companies looking to expand their businesses.

Three organizations provide services under the Turner Center umbrella:

  • The Illinois Small Business Development Center (SBDC), which provides free business counseling and low-cost training programs for existing and startup businesses in central Illinois.
