Who Should Attend?

The program is designed for executives, professionals, senior staff, and entrepreneurs who would like to improve their knowledge and strategies in international business. This program also assists in preparation for the NASBITE Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) exam and has been designated an SBA Export Trade Assistance Program (ETAP).

Emerging global companies often move employees into international business from an internal position like sales or technical support. And that means people find themselves as a manager or marketer for an international department with no formal training.

The course is suitable to such individuals who are new to international business—the curriculum assumes no prior international experience—but it’s also valuable for executives currently involved in international trade.

Individuals from service industries that support international companies, such as banking and freight companies, have also found the course useful to better understand the needs of their clients.
