TCE Quarterly Economic Impact Highlights
For the quarter ending 3/31/2005, the Illinois Entrepreneurship Network in the North Central Region, of which the Turner Center for Entrepreneurship is a part, served 403 clients which resulted in 6 new ventures, over $30 million in new sales (domestic, foreign, and government contracts), with 29 new jobs created and 119 jobs retained. The North Central Region includes DeWitt, Fulton, Livingston, Marshall, Mason, McLean, Peoria, Stark, Tazewell, and Woodford counties.
Bradley Top 10 in Entrepreneurship
For the second consecutive year, Bradley University has been ranked among the top ten entrepreneurship programs in the nation for schools with an "entrepreneurship emphasis" by Entrepreneur.com. Three years ago, Bradley University was listed in the top ten among schools with a "limited curriculum" in entrepreneurship.
