Developed by the Center for Creative Leadership, Maximizing Your Leadership Potential is ideal for early-career managers and current managers facing new or difficult challenges. Delivered over three days, the program uses 360° and self-assessments to improve self-awareness which is widely recognized as the first and most crucial step in leadership development. With that foundational knowledge in place, participants will improve their ability to influence others, leverage the power of conflict, and solve problems.
