CUR (Council for Undergraduate Research) Resources

The Council for Undergraduate Research is an excellent resource for Bradley Students. All you need to sign up is your BU e-mail address. On the Council for Undergraduate Research website students will have access to hundreds of research and presentation opportunities. Not only will the Council post their own presentation and research opportunities, they also have relationships with many outside parties who will post opportunities for students as well.

There are two main highlights for the Council of Undergraduate Research presentation opportunities.

1) Posters on the Hill

- Posters on the Hill is a presentation opportunity taking place in Washington DC in the Spring of 2016. The date is yet to be determined due to the Congressional calendar needing to be set prior to this date being set. Students from all over the country will have the opportunity to attend and present their research at a national conference. The event is already taking submissions with the last date for applying being November 4, 2015.

2) National Conference on Undergraduate Research

- The National Conference on Undergraduate Research is held annually every spring. This years conference will take place at the University of North Carolina Asheville from April 7-9, 2016. This is another great opportunity for undergraduate students to present their research at a nationally recognized conference, with several awards being distributed. The online application submission opens on October 5, 2015 and closes on December 2, 2015.
