Comprehensive fee of $3,950 includes:

  • Tuition for 3 hours of Bradley academic credit
  • Round-trip airfare from Chicago O'Hare

 Registration

Pre-register on our homepage beginning Monday, September 9. Then, confirm the selection of your class in person at 8:30am on Thursday, October 24 in the Student Center Ballroom. Students will enroll in order of their cumulative credit hours until classes reach enrollment limits. To secure your space, you will be required pay a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 days. This deposit can be made online or in person at Swords Hall. 

After October 24, enrollment for any remaining class places will be on a first-come, first-served basis in the Study Abroad Office in 246 Bradley Hall.

All students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA established at Bradley in order to participate in a course taught abroad. Are you a first-year student or transfer student who is confident that your first on-campus GPA will be above 2.50? You can also pre-register! (Note: you must achieve at least a 2.5 GPA both at midterms and at the end of the semester to remain enrolled.)

Program Payment: after the initial $500 deposit, the remaining program fee is due in two equal installments: half of the balance is due by February 3, 2020, and the final payment is due no later than March 2, 2020.

Cancellations: any notice of cancellation must be made in writing by the program participant. Those who cancel after February 3, 2020 will be subject to a $1,500 cancellation fee beyond the initial deposit. Those who cancel after March 2, 2020 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
