This camp is designed to help high school students prepare for the Illinois Music Educators All-State Choir audition. Participants will be guided in developing a free, vibrant, and unified tone, and will get to experience joyful music-making while also familiarizing themselves with the selections to be performed with the All-State Choir.
While the focus of the All-State Choral Camp is to develop vocal techniques and learn music, fun activities are scheduled every day – including a capella arranging, and performing and singing a final concert at Bradley’s Dingeldine Music Center. Bradley's All-State Choral Camp is also a great place for participants to get to meet people who are just as passionate about the art of choral singing.
Eligibility
Bradley’s All-State Choral Camp is open to all Illinois high school students including 8th grade graduates and graduating high school seniors. Due to the limited number of seats, admission to this camp is based on the student’s musical accomplishments, a recommendation from a choral director or private instructor, and the balance of voice parts.
