AGC Logo

AGC organizes field trips and brings professional speakers to campus to make presentations on the construction industry. They also take field trips to construction sites. Along with the other student organizations, members of AGC annually provide student guides to the Construction Career Expo sponsored by area contractors.

AGC members provide support for the "Bridge Pal" program. AGC members also attend annually the AGC national convention and participate in an estimating contest sponsored by CIB in Springfield, Illinois. Under Dr. Al-Khafaji's leadership, AGC was selected the outstanding student organization in the University. AGC is also active in service and has been involved in the building of playgrounds, race tracks and the Habitat for Humanity.
