How to Apply

To complete the application process for the online Master of Arts or Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership, you must submit or fulfill the following admission requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree, from a regionally accredited university, with a minimum GPA of 3.0; if your GPA was 2.5-2.99, you may be admitted on a conditional basis
  • A current resume or CV with employment history
  • A completed online application, including:
    • One personal essay
    • Two letters of recommendation
    • Official academic transcripts from all institutions from which you earned a bachelor’s or graduate degree
  • A $40 application fee

The Online Master of Arts in Nonprofit Leadership

This program includes a field experience course, which provides the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world situations.

The Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership

Credits from the certificate program can be transferred to count toward completion of the Master of Arts in Nonprofit Leadership online program.
