Graduate Certificate in Management

The 12-hour graduate certificate in management gives you exposure to the knowledge, understanding and skills needed to succeed in the managerial role.

Preparing You For Success

The certificate is a four-course program designed to build on your previous technical training. You can tailor the certificate to your needs and interests, with courses covering topics in management theory, interpersonal communication, decision making, data analysis and executive leadership. On-campus courses start each fall and spring semester, while online courses are available in seven-week terms.

Your skills are valuable in any management setting, whether you’re in a small business, corporate or nonprofit setting. With program flexibility, you can strengthen areas of weakness, gain insights into familiar topics or explore special interests.
