Bradley University is committed to offering students a broad variety of opportunities for international study. For students in any major or discipline, international academic programs will broaden their horizons and deepen their understanding. Study abroad is a benchmark academic experience that changes students' perspectives and enriches their lives. An educational experience abroad fosters the best kind of intellectual and personal risk taking. It makes students wiser and more courageous. And consider this: because of the increasingly global nature of the economy, students now more than ever experience career-related benefits through international academic experience.

Accordingly, Bradley University encourages its students to take advantage of the wide range of international academic programs offered through the University. These programs include semester- or year-abroad programs at nearly thirty affiliated programs for study abroad around the globe. January and May Interim programs abroad led by Bradley faculty members also offer a wide variety of courses in venues including London, Paris, Rome, Barcelona and Madrid, Sydney, Dublin, Vienna, Berlin, Friedrichshafen, the United Arab Emirates, and more.

Students should begin investigating study abroad early in their academic career by visiting the International Programs Office in 325 Caterpillar Global Communications Center and visiting the study abroad website at studyabroad.bradley.edu. Bradley provides a wealth of opportunities to acquire an international academic experience.

Minimum GPA requirements apply to study abroad and generally applicants must have completed a semester on campus at Bradley before application. These and many other details are available through the International Programs Office.

This is the official catalog for the 2014-2015 academic year. This catalog serves as a contract between a student and Bradley University. Should changes in a program of study become necessary prior to the next academic year every effort will be made to keep students advised of any such changes via the Dean of the College or Chair of the Department concerned, the Registrar's Office, u.Achieve degree audit system, and the Schedule of Classes. It is the responsibility of each student to be aware of the current program and graduation requirements for particular degree programs.
