CORE STRENGTH – Tone and strengthen your abs and lower back with this intense 15 minute workout.

CYCLE 45  – A class designed to increase cardiovascular fitness and leg strength. A great break from a normal running routine. Classes are 45 minutes long.

FLOW YOGA – A combination of accessible poses, fluid movement and breath. Over the course of 60 minutes you will move through a series of poses that gently engage and open major muscle groups.

HATHA YOGA – Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga that emphasizes physical exercise to master the body along with mind exercises to withdraw it from external objects.

PILATES – Discover your inner "powerhouse" with this body conditioning class. Improve your total body alignment, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance with low-impact exercises that focus on your breath and core strength. This class is perfect for every fitness level as exercises can be modified in range of difficulty.

POWER YOGA – This class will rejuvenate the body and help focus the mind. You will flow more quickly between poses to generate heat. Twisting poses will be incorporated to settle the nervous system. All fitness levels.

R.I.P.P.E.D. – (Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometric, Endurance, and Diet) A high energy workout that masterfully combines an easy, yet effective cardiovascular routine interlaced with weights and resistance. It’s fun, created for all fitness levels and will produce results you are looking for.

STRETCH & GO – A short class for stretching. Add it before your workout to help prevent injury, or after your workout to maintain/increase range of motion.

WARM YOGA – A traditional Hatha method class. Slow flow through poses in a heated environment will help sweat out toxins and increase flexibility, strength and balance. All fitness levels welcome. Bring a towel and water for a 45 minute class.

YOGA – This class moves through a variety of yoga poses in a balanced and systematic way. Benefits of yoga include heightened body awareness and mind focus, tension release, increased range of motion at the joints and an overall sensation of more balance in life. The session ends with restorative work, which energizes the body through passive stretch techniques.

ZUMBA – Zumba combines Latin and international rhythms into an interval training class which burns fat, reduces stress which tones and sculpts your body. Ditch the workout join the party! All fitness levels.
