Class Descriptions

BARRE – Barre is a ballet inspired group exercise class. In each barre class, participants will experience a variety of dancebased strengthening exercises to upbeat music. No previous ballet experience is needed to get a great barre workout!

BODY BLAST – Weights and cardio. Cardio and weights. Body Blast does both to work your entire body. Similar class to Total Body Burn.

BOOT CAMP – A combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. You get everything you need.

BUTTS-N-GUTS – A combination of lower body, abs and lower back exercises to tone, sculpt and strengthen the lower body and core.

CARDIO KICK – A challenging, intense, Tae-Bo® like cardio workout that utilizes kicks and punches to give you the ultimate kickboxing workout.

CARDIO PARTY – Need to burn some calories and have fun while are doing it? Cardio is the party during this class.

CORE STRENGTH – Tone and strengthen your abs and lower back with this intense 15 minute workout.

FLOW YOGA – A combination of accessible poses, fluid movement and breath. Over the course of 60 minutes you will move through a series of poses that gently engage and open major muscle groups.

HATHA YOGA – Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga that emphasizes physical exercise to master the body along with mind exercises to withdraw it from external objects.

INDOOR CYCLING – A class designed to increase cardiovascular fitness and leg strength. A great break from a normal running routine.

IRON YOGA – Adding weights, this calorie kicking, hybrid yoga class, is sure to sculpt the body and melt the fat away. You’ll be using weights for strength exercises in addition to a yoga sequence.

PILATES – Discover your inner "powerhouse" with this body conditioning class. Improve your total body alignment, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance with low-impact exercises that focus on your breath and core strength. This class is perfect for every fitness level as exercises can be modified in range of difficulty.

R.I.P.P.E.D. – (Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometric, Endurance, and Diet) A high energy workout that masterfully combines an easy, yet effective cardiovascular routine interlaced with weights and resistance. It is fun, created for all fitness levels and will produce results you are looking for.

RUMBLE – Authentic, yet simple to master, cardio mixed martial arts adapted for the group exercise environment. Similar to R.I.P.P.E.D., Rumble has been created for every body. No martial arts experience required, just a willingness to sweat, a desire to get an incredible workout, and the willingness to have fun along the way.

STRONG by ZUMBA – Strong incorporates High Intensity Tempo Training. Tempo driven, this class will challenge your muscles and cardio system to find power, strength, speed, stamina and mobility. Discover the athlete within you! (No Dance)

WARM YOGA – A traditional Hatha method class. Slow flow through poses in a heated environment will help sweat out toxins and increase flexibility, strength and balance. All fitness levels welcome. Bring a towel and water for a 45 minute class.

YOGA – This class moves through a variety of yoga poses in a balanced and systematic way. Benefits of yoga include heightened body awareness and mind focus, tension release, increased range of motion at the joints and an overall sensation of more balance in life. The session ends with restorative work, which energizes the body through passive stretch techniques.

ZUMBA – This is a dance-themed class that will get your heart pumping and you sweating. Burn calories like you are out partying with friends.
