A personal trainer can have a positive effect on your life no matter your age or fitness level. When you sign up with one of our personal trainers, they will work with you to create a custom fitness plan based on your goals and abilities. Our goal is to educate our clients how to exercise safely while achieving results. We will provide education, guidance and motivation along your fitness journey. We will also monitor your progress and provide you resources to be successful and confident without a personal trainer.
To achieve this goal, the following objectives are set. A trainer will work with you to:
Set clear and realistic physical fitness goals usingguidelines set by the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Heart Association.
Recommend and instruct on proper exercise techniques.
Individualize a physical fitness workout program.

Individual Training Packages
Sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. Clients will work with their personal trainer for specific details about their training dates, times, etc. Personal Trainers will design custom exercise programs to help you stay motivated and reach your goals.
