Global Living Learning Community

The Global Living Learning Community (GLLC) is an exciting community for students who want to build their cultural competency by living with peers from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. The community is world language-centered, and we welcome students who are studying a second language and/or who are heritage speakers!

  • Practice world languages with conversation tables and tutoring
  • Engage in special programs on campus with diplomats and global policy experts
  • Thrive in a special cohort of fellow students with common global interests
  • Explore world forces in a special, one-hour course, LAS 125:

LAS 125 - Global Topics in Liberal Arts and Sciences (1 hour) Selected topics with a special emphasis on globally-focused subjects that introduce students to diverse perspectives and to forces of worldwide scope.
