Social Justice Living Learning Community

Live, learn and collaborate with students who share a commitment to social justice! The Social Justice LLC welcomes students who value the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion—and want to explore ways to create social change. Define your own social justice goals, discover a sense of community and belonging, and make valuable connections.

  • Individualized mentoring and support
  • Access to LLC-sponsored events such as guest lectures, workshops, film screenings, and networking with LLC-connected faculty and staff
  • Opportunities to learn from social justice activists and organizations on campus and in the community
  • First-year LLC residents enroll together in a special interdisciplinary course, SOC 105: Foundations of Social Justice. The course satisfies multiple graduation requirements.
  • Access to gender-inclusive housing options for LLC residents
