Friends of the Center

Our Center is grateful for the support of so many community agencies, volunteers, staff, and students. Without the time and talents of these individuals, our Center could not provide Bradley students and the Peoria community with support, resources, and opportunities.

Community Advisory Board

The Lewis J. Burger Center for Student Leadership and Public Service is thankful for the support of its Community Advisory Board. The Center is blessed to have such a hard-working, inspiring board of men and women committed to our mission.

Community Partnerships

Easter Seals

Each year, Bradley students raise approximately $7,500 dollars for Easter Seals, the All School Philanthropy.  Each Fellows committee is responsible for running a fund raising project, including Pancake Breakfast, the “Do You Want to Dance…for Easter Seals?” competition, and other various fundraisers.  Not only does the money benefit Easter Seals, but the time spent planning and running the projects benefits Fellows as an organization.

In addition to raising money to support Easter Seals, Bradley Fellows sponsor an annual Halloween Party for the children and families of Easter Seals.  The Halloween party has become a favorite among the Fellows, as well as the children at Easter Seals!  Fellows also make an annual trip to the Easter Seals Timber Pointe Camp in Bloomington, Illinois to help with preparations for the summer camping season.

Giving to the Center

The generosity of so many allows the LJB Center to continue to provide services to the community and opportunities to our students. We are so appreciative of your continued support of the Center and dedication to our mission.
