Bradley University’s Alumni Association will welcome four noted alumni back to the Hilltop June 11-13 for the 2015 Leadership Summit. The summit will give participants opportunities to develop leadership skills and network with fellow alumni.

Keynote speakers will be:

  • Tim Bender ’83, senior vice president for marketing and sales at Sony Computer Entertainment America
  • David Bozeman ’91, Caterpillar vice president who oversees manufacturing and supply chain systems
  • Matt MacDonald ’98, executive creative director at New York City advertising firm BBDO
  • Kelly (Winkler) Semrau ’82, senior vice president of global corporate affairs at S.C. Johnson

“This is an excellent event for anyone wanting to build an organizational culture that increases employee morale or help people adapt to changes in the workplace,” said Bradley Executive Director of Alumni Relations Tory Jennetten ‘96. “It’s a nice time to focus on collaboration and innovation, which are words that tie into opportunities we have on campus.”

The three-day event will feature lectures from the four alumni, breakout discussions and numerous networking opportunities intended to sharpen leadership skills and promote career growth.

This will be the Alumni Association’s second leadership conference. The first, in 2013, brought more than 150 alumni and community members to campus and featured accomplished alumni speakers such as Ray LaHood ’71, HON ‘11, Nuria White Fernandez ’82 and Stephen Gorman, MBA ’78.
