LEHC Celebrates 65 Years with Alumni Event

The Department of Leadership in Education, Human Services, and Counseling will celebrate 65 years at Bradley with its Annual Alumni Event on February 24 and 25.

The event will begin with a lecture by neurofeedback expert Dr. Leslie Sherlin entitled “Your Brain: Implications for Healthy Living.” The lecture will take place on Thursday, February 24, from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in Neumiller Auditorium in Bradley Hall, and is free and open to the public.

On Friday, February 25, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Dr. Sherlin will present his workshop “Celebrating 65 Years: From Paper/Pencil to fMRI Assessment,” covering such topics as “Optimizing the Brain’s Performance” and “Can Your Brain Waves Predict Personality?” in the Michel Student Center Ballroom. The presentations will be followed by small group lab sessions, and at 12:30 p.m. the EHC 2011 Alumni Recognition Awards will be presented.
