Complete a Dingledine reservation form and turn it in to Becky. It is recommended that you email or call her before completing the form to ensure your event date is available. Depending on the event, the cost of reserving this space averages between $50 to $75. (Your rental fees solely cover the cost to pay student workers to monitor the Dingledine and assist you while your organization utilizes the building.) Send this email as early in the planning process as possible but a minimum of two weeks noticed is expected.

Complete a reservation form and turn it in to the office. This form needs to be turned in no later than 2 weeks before the event date; however, the earlier the better. Note the following charges that may be associated with your event:
- If your event is after Markin’s regular hours of operation, your event is subject to a $75 fee plus staffing costs.
- If your event is a fundraiser, a room rental fee will be assessed.

In order to reserve the Coliseum, first make an appointment with Cara Wood to discuss your event goals and set-up needs. From there, the Student Activities staff will facilitate event planning meetings with appropriate professional staff as needed.
