  • Proposed date and time
  • Brief description of event
  • Anticipated attendance
  • Equipment needs (electricity, catering, etc)

It is recommended that you send this email as early in the planning process as possible.

Dingeldine

Complete a Dingledine reservation form and turn it in to Becky. It is recommended that you email or call her before completing the form to ensure your event date is available.  Depending on the event, the cost of reserving this space averages between $50 to $75. (Your rental fees solely cover the cost to pay student workers to monitor the Dingledine and assist you while your organization utilizes the building.) Send this email as early in the planning process as possible but a minimum of two weeks noticed is expected.

  • If your event is after Markin’s regular hours of operation, your event is subject to a $75 fee plus staffing costs.
  • If your event is a fundraiser, a room rental fee will be assessed.
