College of Liberal Arts and Sciences - Assistant Professor in Residence/Instructor in Residence for Physics
The Department of Physics at Bradley University invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in Residence/Instructor in Residence to begin August 16, 2021, with the possibility of renewal beyond the one-year term.
Candidates must have an MS or PhD (preferred) in Physics or a related discipline and must demonstrate genuine interest in undergraduate education. The department encourages applications from candidates who could engage students in laboratory and who have an interest in interactive teaching methods. The successful candidate will be assigned calculus-based introductory physics courses with their respective labs and physical science courses for non-science majors. We seek a conscientious teacher and a practicing physicist who will thrive in a four-year, liberal arts institution where close contact and collaboration with students are the norm.

In addition, candidates should arrange for three letters of recommendation.
