Update on Business and Engineering Project

During the past 30 days, we have seen much of the ground and basement level work move ahead. The basement has been poured, and the elevated slab for the vast majority of the first floor has also been poured. Crews installed waterproofing and insulation around the outside of the basement foundation walls, and structural backfill has been placed around the basement walls. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation is ongoing in the basement.

Over the next 30 days, you will see the remainder of the first-floor formed as rebar will be placed and the concrete pour will be finished. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation rough-ins will expand to the east side of the basement supporting the upcoming slab on grade pour. Masonry block walls will continue to be erected in the basement.
