Matthew Zahner, a junior majoring in music education at Bradley University, will present a saxophone recital on Sunday, October 25, at 3 p.m. in Dingeldine Music Center, located at 1417 W. Barker Avenue.
The recital will feature Scaramouche and Glazunov Concerto and compositions by Lawson Lunde, Henk Badings, Pierre Lentier and Alfred Reed.
Zahner is the son of Terry Zahner of Peoria and a 2013 graduate of Peoria High School. He is a student of Keith Zimmerman of the Bradley Department of Music and is preparing for a career in music education.
