Building Leaders Workshop for Local Professionals

Building Leaders is a unique two and a half day interactive workshop for emerging leaders that will take place April 18-20, 2018, at Bradley's PeoriaNEXT Innovation Center, 801 West Main Street, Peoria, IL 61606.

Bradley invites local professionals to a no-holds-barred exchange where emerging leaders will explore their leadership assumptions, share experiences, expand their perspectives and develop their own unique philosophy of leadership. In this interactive program, participants will enhance their self-awareness, gain a deeper understanding of how they are viewed by others, and develop critical leadership skills.

Assessments are used in a feedback process that will help participants identify their strengths and those areas that may be holding them back. Individual coaching increases the impact of assessment feedback by translating results into action. Coaching is offered to each participant and will take place after the program.
