Bradley Launches 24/7 Virtual Assistant for COVID-19 Related Concerns

April 10, 2020

With this incredibly fluid, uncertain time upon us, it helps to have a little extra assistance. Bradley University has launched a chatbot called "Ask Bradley" designed to help users answer their Bradley related COVID-19 questions.

Ask Bradley is a tool powered by artificial intelligence that was recently launched on Bradley's coronavirus website. To get started, users can visit any of the pages on the coronavirus website and click the chat icon in the lower righthand corner.

Jim Crone, the executive director of digital marketing and communications at Bradley, said Ask Bradley provides tremendous efficiency and service benefits to Bradley and its various audiences. "We essentially have a digital assistant available 24/7 to answer questions and provide users with information instantaneously - not just when our workforce is online. Ask Bradley is continuously learning from new information we provide to the Bradley family as well as responses based on what our users are interested in learning about."

Right now, Ask Bradley is strictly being used for Bradley's coronavirus website.
