The second of a four part campus series called "The Conversation Continues" will take place this week. Author and human potential specialist Bryant K. Smith will provide an interactive workshop intended to inform and engage the campus community in an ongoing conversation related to Ferguson, social justice, and the Bradley community.
The program, titled "Teaching Ferguson; Social Justice Tips for Educating the Community," will take place on Thursday at 7 p.m. in the Caterpillar Global Communication Center's Horowitz Auditorium.
The program is sponsored by the Office of Multicultural Student Services. The first program in the series was held last week. Part Three: "Garrett Center Town Hall" will be Monday, March 2 at 7 p.m. in the Garrett Center and Part Four: "Diversity Conference" will be held on Saturday, April 11 (location and times TBD).
