Symphonic Band and Winds Spring Concert

The Bradley Symphonic Band and the Bradley Symphonic Winds, led by Dr. David Vroman, will present their spring concert on Sunday, April 22 at 3 p.m. in the Dingeldine Music Center, located at 1417 W. Barker Ave. Admission is $5 for adults and free for students. Tickets are available at the door or in advance by calling 309.677.2650.

The Symphonic Band will open the concert with Flourish for Wind Band by Ralph Vaughn Williams and continue with a program that includes Prelude, Siciliano and Rondo by Malcom Arnold, Paradiso by Robert W. Smith and America Exultante by Henry Fillmore. The Symphonic Winds will present selections from Leonard Bernstein’s Candide Suite and continue with Canterbury Chorale by Jan van der Roost, Banja Luka by Jacob de Haan and Padstow’s Lifeboat March by Malcolm Arnold.
