Third Annual Ethics Lecture

Bradley University’s Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies invites you to attend the public lecture on “Technology, Democracy, and the Future of Human Character” delivered by Dr. Shannon Vallor, the William J. Rewak Professor of Philosophy at Santa Clara University. 

Dr. Vallor has examined the moral challenges of artificial intelligence, social media, robots, and surveillance in her recent book Technology and the Virtues: A Philosophical Guide to a Future Worth Wanting.

The lecture is Tuesday, April 17 at 7 p.m. in the Peplow Pavilion on the third floor of Bradley’s Hayden-Clark Alumni Center. The lecture is free and open to the entire Central Illinois community.
