Holocaust Survivor, Author to Speak

September 20, 2017

Bradley’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) and Alumni Relations will host Marion Blumenthal Lazan, a Holocaust survivor and co-author of Four Perfect Pebbles, when she returns to her alma mater to tell her story on Tuesday, September 26 at 6:30 p.m. in the Hayden-Clark Alumni Center. The event is free and open to the public. Registration is requested to ensure sufficient seating.

Lazan’s family was imprisoned for years in Hitler's Germany, placed on a “death train” destined for Auschwitz, and freed by Russian troops before reaching the camp. In her talk, Lazan will talk about her experiences, the significance of her inner strength, and her lifelong mission to promote tolerance.
Free parking will be available in the Main Street parking deck. For more information, contact Michelle at (309) 677-3900.
