February Business and Engineering Convergence Complex Update

March 1, 2019

During the past 30 days, we have installed limestone and terracotta on the exterior of the facility, air handling units on the rooftop of the west wing, and sizable glass pieces on the exterior of the building.

On February 28, we installed the largest beam of the structure at 52,000 lbs and 100’ long.

During the next 30 days, we will see the installation of a penthouse on the rooftop of the west wing to encapsulate the recently mounted air handler units, along with limestone, terracotta and glass installation on the exterior of the building. We will be painting the interior gypsum walls and will begin initial activities associated with the installation of three elevators.

Don't forget about the webcam that we set up so you can watch the progress live.
