Stafford Direct Loan Servicers

Beginning July 2010, the U.S. Department of Education expanded their loan servicing to additional loan servicers for Direct Loan.  Direct Loan did not sell your loans; they just employ additional loan servicers to handle the volume of Direct Loans.  During the life of your loan(s), Direct Loan may transfer your loan from one loan servicer to another loan servicer.

If you do not know who is servicing your loans, please go to www.nslds.ed.gov and click on "Financial Aid Review".  You will need your FSA ID (same ID used to sign the FASFA).  NSLDS will list all your Federal Loans and who is servicing those loans.  On the "Authorization" screen, under "Loans" click on the loan number in the left hand column, the next screen will show your loan servicer.  All questions regarding repayment, repayment plans, deferment, forbearance, etc. should be directed to the appropriate loan servicer for your loan(s).  Please click on the appropriate loan servicer listed below to be directed to their website.
