Post a Job for a Bradley Fair

Quick Start Guide for Employers

The Smith Career Center is excited to announce our new career management system, Bradley netWORK. This new system will replace what was formally known as Bradley eRecruiting. The Bradley netWORK career management system will allow employers to:

  • Promote your employment opportunities to Bradley students and alumni.
  • Preview the skills and experiences of Bradley candidates via our on-line resume book.
  • Contact candidates directly concerning full-time, internship/co-op, and part-time opportunities with your organization.
  • Enable candidates to forward resumes/cover letters directly through Bradley netWORK.
This is a free service for our employers!

Need personal assistance to post a job/internship? Call us at (309) 677-2510.

Use the Online System to Post a Job/Internship:

Step 1:

To post a job/internship, you must have an employer and contact account in Bradley netWORK, the Smith Career Center’s online platform. New Users and Returning Users access the system by clicking here. Usernames are typically your email address. Forgotten passwords can be reset on the login page. If you need assistance with your account, please contact Janet Pesek at (309) 677-2513.

Step 2:

Once logged into your Bradley netWORK account, on your Dashboard click on My Jobs tab or Post a New Job and complete requested information. Make sure to monitor your job listings, re-fresh posting dates, and keep the listing live for at least 30 days after the fair. These are all important steps to optimize your recruiting success.

NOTE: Once you add a job or make changes to a current job, Smith Career Center staff will review the information before it is posted.
