DESCRIPTION:Celebrate your freedom to read by hearing selections from banned and challenged books – then test your knowledge with our banned books trivia!  \nBanned Books Week is an annual celebration of your freedom to access information\, and draws attention to efforts that limit the freedom of information. At our event\, you can hear selections from books and other writings that schools\, parent groups\, government entities\, or others have tried to restrict or ban. Trivia questions will cover facts about challenged books\, and the winners get $25 gift cards to Lit. On Fire\, a local bookstore!
