Student's Record Access

Students may allow their parents, grandparents, or others access to certain parts of their academic record (including grades, holds, schedule, addresses, bill payment, etc.) using a system called Sentry.

Your student can set up this access by logging into Webster, choosing the "Sentry" tab from the menu at the top, and selecting the "Allow Access" button. The student will then be asked to create a login name and password for each person they wish to have access to their academic record. Your student is responsible for communicating the newly created login and password, as well as their BUnetID, to you.

Remember to safeguard your Sentry login and password as anyone with this information can gain access to your student's non-directory information. If you forget your login or password at any time, your student can reset it for you through Webster.
