ATM

An Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) is located in the southwest corner of the Owens Atrium Lobby on the main level of the Coliseum.

Braille

Braille information signage is located throughout the Renaissance Coliseum. Assistance with menu options is available upon request.

Drinking Fountains

Drinking fountains throughout the Renaissance Coliseum are accessible to those with disabilities. Drinking fountains are located near the restrooms in the Owens Atrium Lobby and in the southeast corner on the Concourse Level.

Disability Drop-off Point

The disability drop-off point is located on the north side of the building, in front the Bradley Ticket Office. This is directly in front of the Renaissance Coliseum off of Main Street.

Elevators

Public elevators make all levels of the Coliseum accessible to the disabled. They are located on the northeast side of the Owens Atrium Lobby.

First Aid Assistance

First aid assistance is available at First Aid Office located on the Concourse Level behind Section 21 in room 245.

Emergency Evacuation Procedures

Renaissance Coliseum facilities staff and ushers have been trained in emergency procedures and will assist guests with disabilities in the event of an evacuation. In most cases, guests will be directed to the nearest stairwell or landing.

Food, Beverages, and Concessions

Food, beverages and concessions are located throughout the Concourse Level of the Renaissance Coliseum. Assistance with menu options is available upon request.

Lost and Found

Restrooms and Unisex Restrooms

Accessible restrooms are available on all public levels of the Renaissance Coliseum. Unisex restrooms are located on the Concourse Level behind the Braves Club (southwest corner).

Security Department

For security needs, please contact the nearest Bradley University Police officer or usher.

Sign Language Interpreters

Guests who require interpreting services for any Coliseum event should contact the Assistant Director for Campus Recreation & Athletic Facilities at (309) 677-3979 at least two weeks prior to the event. Please give the day, date, time of the event you are attending, as well as the number of hearing impaired guests in your party. You may also e-mail that information malacy@fsmail.bradley.edu. 

Disability Seating

Disabled guests have access to seating throughout the Coliseum in varied price ranges. Seats are sold with one companion seat through Ticketmaster or in person at the Bradley Ticket Office (no online orders accepted through the ticket office). Exceptions may be granted through the Ticket Office, space permitting. This seating allows the disabled guests an enhanced view, even when others are standing. In addition to wheelchair locations, modified aisle seats are also available. For more information please contact the Assistant Director for Campus Recreation & Athletic Facilities at (309) 677-3979. For specific seating availability please contact the Bradley Ticket Office at (309) 677-2625.  They will facilitate your ticket purchases.

Will Call Window

The Will Call Window is part of the Bradley Ticket Office at (309) 677-2625 and is located in the Owens Atrium Lobby at the north end of the building.
