Know the potential symptoms of COVID-19

Students should contact Bradley University Health Services at (309) 677-2700 ((309) 677-3200 after hours) or bradleyhealthservices@bradley.edu if they have any of these symptoms. Employees should contact their health care provider.

You should self-quarantine or isolate until your test results are in or while you’re seeking treatment. See our quarantine and isolation protocols for more information.

If you need emergency care, call 911 for transport to the nearest emergency department for evaluation and treatment. Be sure to inform them if you have been under quarantine or isolation for COVID-19.

Daily Symptom Tracker Survey

Each morning students and employees will receive an email reminding them to track their symptoms; the email will contain a link to a survey to record those symptoms.

  • If there are no symptoms, the participant will receive an all clear.
  • If there are minor symptoms, the participant will be told to monitor their symptoms.
  • If there are major symptoms, students will be directed to contact Health Services to have their health evaluated while employees will be directed to contact their personal health care provider to do the same.

While the symptom tracking survey is optional, it’s highly suggested everyone participate.
