Message to Students Regarding Canvas

Message from the Division of Information Technology:

Bradley adopted industry-leading Canvas this summer to bring state-of-the-art capabilities to Bradley's learning platform.

Canvas is currently available at, but will soon have a Bradley-branded URL, so look for announcements of that coming soon.

To use Canvas, go to and log in with your Bradley BUnetID and password.

Your courses will be on your Dashboard. Be sure to check the Introduction to Canvas Student Tutorial on your Dashboard to learn more about how to use Canvas.

Some important settings to check are under the Account tab on the left-hand menu. In Account, click Notifications to indicate how you would like to be notified about course activities, messages, calendar items, and more. Click Profile to add your photo and check your preferred name. You can also access other systems and support from Account, like Technical & Academic Support, Webster, Navigate, and Student Financial Services.

Also on the left-hand menu is Help & Training to help you learn more about Canvas and gain access to help.

Canvas is the primary course portal for students. If any of your faculty members are using Sakai this fall, you will be able to see the course on your Canvas Dashboard then click the course to be redirected to Sakai.
