In order to provide an increased level of service to the campus, all technology inquiries should be routed through the IT Service Desk at email@example.com or submit your inquiry at https://support.bradley.edu or call 309-677-2964 from 8am-5pm. We recommend using email or the self-service portal due to limited staffing. We request you not reach out directly to IT staff as they are working hard to provide assistance to our community.
Several teaching and learning resources are available: Course Continuity Guide and the Learning Tools for Course Continuity. We also have multiple guides for staff to aid in accessing Remote Desktop, VPN, Web Conferencing and other administrative work resources. Those can be found at the Administrative Work Resources web guide.
With many employees transitioning to working from home and students moving to online learning, we recognize that some may have limited or no access to the internet. Because of this, the FCC is implementing some programs for assistance. Bradley is also looking at options to provide technology assistance to those who need it. We will communicate those plans once they are defined.
