Remote Employees and COVID-19 Surveillance Testing
Thank you to everyone who has complied with the randomized surveillance testing requirements thus far. We are seeing tremendous participation in these first weeks, so let’s keep up the great work!
If you’re working remotely and don’t plan to visit campus, you won’t have to participate in our surveillance testing. However, if you’re going to be on campus periodically, you must participate.
When selected for testing, you’ll receive an email with a link to a survey where you can report your remote work status. If you’re working remotely with no plans to be on campus, you won’t be required to participate in our randomized testing.
The same is true for the symptom tracker. If you aren’t on campus and have no plans to be, you may opt-out.
