Coronavirus Information:
Bradley University will continue on-campus, in-person classes for the spring 2021 semester with limited restrictions.

International Student Update

We have received multiple questions about travel plans for over spring break and in the future. At this point, the only travel restrictions enacted by the President are with China, Iran, and the European Schengen area, however, the CDC has issued a Level 2 travel alert for the entire globe. The latest travel advice from the World Health Organization can be found here.

What does this mean for your travel plans?

The administration is recommending that all students avoid travel as this situation is rapidly changing. The safest route is to stay within the United States as Bradley cannot guarantee that there won't be further restrictions put in place when the time comes for you to return to campus.

What about domestic travel?

Currently, there are no restrictions on domestic travel within the United States. However, President Trump is now considering domestic travel restrictions so this may change in the near future.

What if my country doesn't have the virus and I want to return home?

Currently, there are only travel bans on areas with high levels of cases, but, again, this is a rapidly changing event and can change quickly.

What if I still want to travel?

Ultimately, it will be up to you to decide if you wish to travel. Again, Bradley's administration is advising against anything that will put you in danger of being able to return to campus when the time comes. Please take all information into consideration if planning to travel.

If you decide to travel, please register your travel plans at Bradley University's new Travel Registration site.

What if I have a travel plan for the summer?

It is far too early to think about what will be happening in a couple of months but you can monitor travel information through Bradley's website: /sites/coronavirus/health-wellbeing/travel/.

This information isn't meant to scare you; it's meant to help you be better informed so you can make a safe decision.

Some media in Bradley University's current print, video and online materials was acquired before the COVID-19 pandemic. Media acquired after the pandemic began was done so in compliance with Bradley's COVID-19 safety protocols at the time. The ongoing safety of our faculty, staff and students is of the utmost concern during these unprecedented times.
